Schedule
The New Postpartum takes place across five weeks. We offer two sessions a week: one on Tuesdays at 3pm EST and the other on Fridays at 1pm EST. All sessions will be recorded and sent to you, just in case you can’t make it that day. Here’s what you can expect:
Tuesdays (90 min, 3pm EST):
Week 1 (4/23): Community Kickoff + Nervous System Health, Gather Founders
Week 2 (4/30): Doula Support Session - Feeding, Brandi Jordan
Week 3 (5/7): Doula Support Session - Sleeping, Brandi Jordan
Week 4 (5/14): Doula Support Session - Soothing, Brandi Jordan
Week 5 (5/28): Hormonal Health, Dr. Caroline Nguyen
Fridays (60 min, 1pm EST):
Week 1 (4/26): Relational Health, Dr. Bridget Freihart
Week 2 (5/3): Nutritional Health, Dr. Uma Naidoo
Week 3 (5/10): Pelvic Floor Health, Dr. Sara Reardon
Week 4 (5/17): Emotional Health, Dr. Ashurina Ream
Week 5 (5/31): Data-Driven Parenting, Dr. Emily Oster
